Forrest Moody is a composer and pianist who lives between Graz and western Sweden. In his compositions, he works with memory as an autonomous musical entity, exploring its poetic impact through harmony, rhythmic figures, and time structure. Originally from rural Alabama, he studied piano in New York and composition in Graz.

his works have thus far been performed in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Norway, Finland, Croatia, and the US.
